How much does shipping cost?
Land & Water Technology charge a flat rate of $20.00 for all orders below $200.00 For orders above $200.00 Shipping is Free Australia Wide*
We offer Express Postage for $26.99 Australia Wide, however this is only available up to 3kg Australia Post Express Satchel. Please contact us for a quote on Express Delivery for other items.
All Puretec products charge a flat shipping rate of $35.00 for orders under $1000.00. Orders over $1000.00 will have Free Shipping Australia-wide.
All Coerco Water Tanks charge a flat shipping rate of $100.00 for all orders within Zone 1. There is a Free In-Store Pickup option on checkout.
All Naan Dan Jain products charge a flat shipping rate of $35.00 for orders under $500.00. Orders over $500.00 will have Free Shipping Australia-wide.
When will my order be dispatched?
Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched/ordered same day before 2:00pm AWST Mon - Fri.
The tracking details will be sent to your email/phone immediately after the product is dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to COVID-19 there may be delays with your order. Transit times are currently affected due to state lockdowns. Please contact our store on (08) 9209 3330 for further enquiries.
Majority of our Irrigation Supplies are stocked and dispatched from our Malaga Store before 2:00pm AWST. They typically take 3-5 business days to receive to metro areas and you will receive tracking confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
Products which are not stocked at our store are often sent directly from the supplier. Supplier warehouses are located throughout Australia. Please contact our store on (08) 9209 3330 to confirm availability.
We use a variety of shipping methods to ship your products based on size, weight and location. Typical shipping carriers include; Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, Toll IPEC, TNT Express, Aramex, Fasta Couriers. If you require an additional shipping carrier please contact us on (08) 9209 3330.
Australia Post Express Post Satchels typically take between 2/3 Business days.
Forgotten to add something to your order?
If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, please contact us on (08) 9209 3330 or orders@landwater.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to add to the order. If the items have not left our store or warehouse you will not be charged the shipping fee. Please contact us for additional questions.
Do you have a physical Retail Store?
Land & Water Technology have a Retail Shop located in Perth, Western Australia. We stock a wide-variety of Irrigation Supplies In-Store; however, we are unable to stock the entire 10 000+ products catalogue we have online. To confirm in-store availability call (08) 9209 3330.
Larger Items
If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.). Additional charges may apply.
Land & Water Technology also offer a Free Click & Collect Service from our Malaga Store in Perth. Simply select Click & Collect at Checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Back Orders
Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we anticipate. If this occurs, we may ship the available items in your order immediately and place the unavailable items on back order, depending on the duration of the back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

You may place an order online 24 hours a day, 7-days a week through our secure online store.

Monday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday/Sunday: Closed
Public Holidays: We are normally closed however during the Christmas period hours will be reduced to half days. Please check on Google for the latest opening hours update during this period or call us on (08) 9209 3330.
