An innovative water filtration system designed to efficiently remove sand, sediment, and other particulate matter from water sources. It is primarily used in applications such as irrigation systems, agricultural operations, and industrial processes where the presence of sand and solids can negatively impact equipment and water quality.

At its core, the hydrocyclone sand separator utilizes centrifugal force to separate the heavier particles from the water. The system features a conical-shaped chamber that creates a swirling motion within the water flow. As the water enters the chamber, the centrifugal force causes the heavier particles, including sand, silt, and sediment, to be flung towards the walls of the chamber.

Due to the specific design of the hydrocyclone, the lighter and cleaner water is directed upwards through the central part of the chamber, where it exits through an outlet. Meanwhile, the separated particles are forced downward towards the bottom of the chamber, eventually collecting in a dedicated collection tank.

The collection tank serves as a reservoir for the accumulated sediment, providing a convenient means of disposal or potential reuse, depending on the application. It is equipped with appropriate valves or drains for easy maintenance and cleaning.
