If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.). Additional charges may apply.

Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we anticipate. If this occurs, we may ship the available items in your order immediately and place the unavailable items on back order, depending on the duration of the back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
