RETURN POLICY - GENERAL
If for any reason the product(s) you have purchased are faulty or defective product you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is however, a case by case situation so please contact our store by email (please include a photo and a description of the fault) or phone to discuss the situation within 7 days of purchase/delivery. Please quote your order number and date of purchase.
If you wish to return the product due to change of mind, the product must be in its original condition, there will be deduction of 20-25% of purchase price for re-stocking fees and the shipping cost to return the product to our store must be covered by the buyer.
If your item has been dispatched from our store/supplier and are in-transit, we are unable to process the refund until the item has been received back to our store.

RETURN POLICY - PUMPS
If you would like to return a pump you have purchased from Land & Water Technology due to change of mind or other reason, please contact us on (08) 9209 3330 or email email@example.com and include your order number in the email subject.
Customers must return the product(s) within 60 days from the delivery date. We will not accept pump returns after that time period.
Please do not mark the packaging apart from labels - Do not print directly on the packaging. The item(s) must be returned to us in resealable condition and not marked in any manner.
A restocking fee of $75.00 + 15% of the invoice value will apply for pumps which are normally stocked by Land & Water Technology or the supplier direct.
A restocking fee of $75.00 + 30% of the invoice value will apply for pumps which are not normally stocked and require assembly by Land & Water Technology or the supplier direct.
FAULTY PUMPS & WARRANTY
If for any reason the pump(s) you have purchased are faulty or defective you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is however, a case by case situation so please contact our store by email (please include a photo of the pump manufacturers plate and a description of the fault) or phone to discuss the situation. Please quote your order number and date of purchase.
A normal return would consist of the pump being returned to our store in Malaga, Perth at the buyers expense. The pump will then be tested for the fault and an inspection fee must be paid. If the pump fault is within manufactures warranty the inspection fee will be refunded and a new pump will be dispatched to the purchaser at no additional cost. If there is no fault discovered in the inspection or if the fault is out of warranty scope the purchaser must cover the shipping fee to send the pump back to the original address.
Every item we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Not by Land & Water Technology. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us on (08) 9209 3330 and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of.
All Irrigation products sold by Land and Water Technology have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Defective products will not be replaced by the manufacturer after one year of the purchase date. Products that have been damaged due to impact, either intentionally or by accident, will not be replaced. Nor will products that have become brittle due to prolonged sun exposure.
If your warranty claim is successful, the manufacturer will offer you a replacement product (if the same model is still available) or a store credit at landwater.com.au for your original purchase price.
We process all orders during our regular business hours. Provided there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out within 48hours. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
You may place an order online 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week through our secure website.
Shortly after you place your order you will get an email order confirmation with a downloadable paid invoice. That email will have your order number as well as a list of everything you ordered. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped with the tracking details. If there are any delays or backorders with your order, we will contact you.
If there is any problem with your order, one of our sales representatives will contact you. Please make sure you provide us with you correct phone number and e-mail address, in case we need to contact you.
Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we had anticipated. If this occurs, we may ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at +61 (0) 8 9209 3330. Please keep in mind that credit card payments are debited via online banking and refunds may take 5-10 days to process minus the re-stocking fees mentioned above.
