GENERAL SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Land and Water Technology charge a flat rate of $20.00 for all orders below $100.00 inc GST. Orders above $100.00 are free shipping Australia-wide*. We offer express postage for $29.95 for most smaller items which will be dispatched via Australia Post (express satchels <5kg) or Toll etc. Larger items may incur an additional fee.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We use a variety of shipping methods to ship your products based on size, weight and location. Typical shipping carriers include; Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, Toll IPEC, TNT Express, Aramex & Fasta Couriers. If you require an additional shipping carrier please contact us on (08) 9209 3330.

MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED

Our team take pride in packaging orders as we understand the importance of receiving products safely and securely. However, due to unforeseen circumstances if your order arrives damaged/misplaced please take a photo of the damage and email us on orders@landwater.com.au and reference your order number.

MY ORDER IS LOST in transit?

If you have not received your order after some time your order may be deemed as lost by the shipping carrier. Land and Water Technology purchase additional insurance for your order regardless of the order value and to no additional charge to you. If your order is lost please contact our team on (08) 9209 3330 or orders@landwater.com.au.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to COVID-19 and shipping delays beyond our control, there may be delays with your order. Orders typically take 5-10 business days to receive to metro areas via standard postage. Express postage is typically 1-5 business days

when will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be processed by a team member within 24 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete. Depending on stock availability your order will typically be dispatched shortly after and you will receive the tracking details to the email address provided.

FORGOTTEN TO ADD an item TO YOUR ORDER?

If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, please contact us on (08) 9209 3330 or orders@landwater.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to add to the order. If the items have not left our store or warehouse you will not be charged the shipping fee. Please contact us for additional questions.

DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?

Land and Water Technology offer a Click & Collect service if you are wanting to pickup your order(s) from our store in Malaga, WA. Our team will contact you once your items are ready for collection.

DEPOT DELIVERY

For some rural deliveries our shipping agents may not be able to deliver direct to your provided address. In these instances your order may have to be collected from the nearest depot

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES & BULKY ITEMS

BULKY ITEMS

If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.). Please note: Your order may incur in additional shipping costs based on your shipping location / weight / size / volume. If this occurs we will contact you.

PURETEC SHIPPING

All Puretec orders less than $500.00 purchased online will incur in a $40.00 additional freight charge Australia-wide as per Puretec terms & conditions. All Puretec orders over $500.00 will have free shipping Australia-wide. We offer a free click & collect service from Puretec Warehouse direct for orders depending on stock availability.

PVC/HDPE POLY PIPE

Due to the size of our PVC Pressure Pipe/Stormwater PVC Pipe and HDPE Metric and Rural Poly Pipe we are unable to include this in our shipping option. If you would like delivery within Perth Metro area we can offer you a quotation. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

NAAN DAN JAIN SHIPPING

All Naan Dan Jain products charge a flat shipping rate of $35.00 for orders under $500.00. Orders over $500.00 will have Free Shipping Australia-wide.

WATER/SEPTIC TANKS PERTH

We offer a free click & collect service for all poly septic & water tanks purchased online for Perth orders only. If you are wanting your poly septic/water tanks delivered (WA Zone 1 only) there will be a flat shipping rate of $195.00 regardless of how many tanks purchased.

GRUNDFOS PUMPS SHIPPING

All Grundfos Pumps are shipped via TNT Express Australia-wide. For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate $20.00. Orders between $100.00 - $2500.00 is Free Shipping Australia-wide. Orders over $2500.00 incur in a flat rate $75.00 delivery fee. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

LOWARA PUMPS SHIPPING

For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate of $20.00. Orders over $100.00 within Western Australia we charge $25.00 for delivery. All Lowara orders outside of WA will incur in a $45.00 delivery fee. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

EBARA PUMPS SHIPPING

For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate of $20.00. Orders over $100.00 within Western Australia we charge $25.00 for delivery. All orders outside of WA will incur in a $45.00 delivery fee. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

CALPEDA PUMPS SHIPPING

For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate of $20.00. Orders over $100.00 we charge $45.00 for delivery. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

DAB/BIANCO/CLAYTECH PUMPS SHIPPING

For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat rate of $20.00. Orders over $100.00 we charge $25.00 for delivery. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store.

NETAFIM DRIPLINE SHIPPING

Orders within Western Australia we charge $25.00 for delivery. All dripline orders outside of WA will incur in a $45.00 delivery fee. We also offer a free click & collect service from our Malaga store. Please note: for larger quantity orders additional fees will apply.

GRAF PLASTIC TANKS

Please contact us for a freight quotation on all GRAF Plastic Tanks. We are able to freight throughout Australia.
