For Perth metro customers, in-stock items can often be delivered next business day via local courier. Standard interstate deliveries usually arrive within 5–10 business days, while express postage typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s network.

Orders are processed by our team within 24 hours of being placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is being prepared for dispatch, along with tracking details once it’s on its way.

If you need to add something to an order you’ve already placed, please contact us as soon as possible on (08) 9209 3330 or email orders@landwater.com.au with your order number and the additional items. If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll happily update it — and you won’t pay an extra shipping fee.

For some rural and remote addresses, our couriers may not be able to deliver directly to your location. In these cases, your order will be sent to the nearest freight depot for collection. Our team will contact you if this applies.

Large or heavy orders (e.g. multiple pumps or large filters) are packaged securely and shipped via freight companies such as Toll or TNT. Some orders may incur additional charges based on location, weight, or volume. If extra costs apply, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Puretec orders under $500.00 will incur a $40.00 shipping fee Australia-wide, as per Puretec’s terms and conditions. Orders over $500.00 ship free Australia-wide. Alternatively, you can choose free Click & Collect direct from the Puretec warehouse when available.

Due to the size and handling requirements, PVC pressure pipe, stormwater PVC pipe, and HDPE metric and rural poly pipe are not included in standard shipping options. For Perth metro deliveries, please contact us for a custom freight quote. Free Click & Collect is available from our Malaga store.

Orders under $100.00 have a flat shipping rate of $20.00. Orders over $100.00 that include bulky pumps incur a $45.00 bulk delivery fee Australia-wide. Free Click & Collect is also available from our Malaga store.

All Naan Dan Jain orders under $500.00 have a flat shipping rate of $35.00. Orders over $500.00 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide.

We offer free Click & Collect for all poly septic and water tanks purchased online for Perth metro customers. If you prefer delivery (WA Zone 1 only), there is a flat shipping fee of $195.00, regardless of how many tanks are purchased.

Deliveries within Western Australia incur a $25.00 shipping fee. Orders outside WA incur a $45.00 shipping fee. Free Click & Collect is available from our Malaga store. Please note: larger dripline orders may require additional freight charges — our team will advise if this applies.
