Delivery times depend on stock availability and your location. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
Yes! We offer free Click & Collect from our Malaga store. Just select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout — we’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you have any questions about delivery, our team is here to help.
Generally we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and require a full physical address. On smaller orders that fit within a 3kg satchel bag we are able to offer PO Box deliveries. Contact our team for additional information.
If you have purchased bulk or larger items from our Online Store they will be boxed and dispatched by a courier company (Toll, TNT etc.). Additional charges may apply.
If your delivery is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us right away. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
