Refund policy

1.0 Initiating a Refund
To initiate a refund with Land & Water Technology, please provide your order number or date of purchase to our staff. 

Note: The shipping cost to return the products back to Land & Water Technology must be covered by the buyer.

2.0 General Return Policy
If the product(s) you purchased are faulty or defective, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase or delivery, providing a photo and description of the fault along with your order number and date of purchase.

For returns due to a change of mind, the product must be in its original condition including all packaging material, brochures and instruction material as new condition. A restocking fee of 20-25% of the purchase price will be deducted, and the shipping cost to return the product must be covered by the buyer. Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been received back at our store.

3.0 Return Policy for Pumps
To return a pump, contact us at (08) 9209 3330 or email orders@landwater.com.au, including your order number in the email subject. Customers must return the product within 60 days from the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

The item must be returned in resealable condition, and the packaging should not be marked except for labels.

Restocking fees for pumps:
- $75.00 + 15% of the invoice value for normally stocked pumps.
- $75.00 + 30% of the invoice value for pumps not normally stocked or requiring assembly.

4.0 Damaged Goods & Transit Claims.

All goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or breakage must be reported to Land & Water Technology within 48 hours of delivery. Notification must include the order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

Failure to notify Land & Water Technology within 48 hours of receipt will be deemed acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition, and no warranty, replacement, refund, or transit claim will be accepted after this period.

5.0 Changes or Cancellations
To change or cancel an order, call us at +61 (0) 8 9209 3330. Refunds for canceled orders may take 5-10 days to process, minus restocking fees (if applied).
