Bermad IR-405 Series Metal Diaphragm Actuated Hydraulic Control Valves

The Bermad IR-405 is a metal-bodied, diaphragm-actuated hydraulic control valve designed for precise on/off regulation in irrigation networks. This valve opens or closes in response to pressure commands applied through its integrated manual selector, making it ideal for automated or semi-automated systems with centralized hydraulic control.

In the closed state, hydraulic pressure applied to the control chamber generates superior sealing force on the diaphragm. Releasing this pressure allows line pressure beneath the diaphragm to lift the assembly, fully opening the valve. Its simple, efficient design supports reliable operation with minimal head loss and very low actuation pressure requirements.

Constructed with a robust hydro-efficient globe valve design, the IR-405 features a fully supported and balanced diaphragm, enabling smooth operation, reduced wear, and minimal maintenance. It’s ideally suited for computerized irrigation systems, distribution centers, and installations with low supply pressure.

INSTALLATION
