The station comes fully assembled on a galvanised steel base and includes a stainless steel manifold, WaterMarked spring check valve, stainless steel isolation ball valve, a 30-bar liquid-filled pressure gauge, and a 10-bar rated stainless steel pressure tank with isolating valve.

Precision control is delivered by the Bianco NXT DRIVE—a powerful Variable Frequency Drive that automatically adjusts motor speed to maintain constant pressure in response to real-time demand. With a full-colour touchscreen interface, intuitive setup wizard, and real-time diagnostics, the NXT DRIVE offers both ease of use and advanced system protection. Paired with a 4–20mA pressure transducer, it provides exact pressure control while minimising energy usage and wear.
