The Bianco Summit VMS5-60 Solar Packaged Pump Station is a powerful, high-pressure solar pumping solution designed for versatile applications requiring reliable performance, energy efficiency, and constant pressure. Delivering up to 170 litres per minute at 460kPa, this AC/DC-compatible system is ideal for off-grid, hybrid, or grid-tied installations in agriculture, irrigation, and remote water supply.

At its core is the Bianco VMS5-60 vertical multistage pump—constructed from 304 stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance. The complete package comes pre-assembled on a galvanised single, double, or triple base (depending on configuration) and includes a stainless steel manifold, WaterMarked spring check valve, stainless steel isolation ball valve, counter flanges (DN25 to DN65) with fibre gaskets, a 30-bar liquid-filled pressure gauge, and a 10-bar rated stainless steel pressure tank with isolator.

The system is controlled by the Flexi-Solar Controller, which allows for operation on either solar DC power or conventional AC mains. Equipped with an integrated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), the controller enables smooth soft starts, real-time speed adjustment, and constant pressure delivery while minimising energy use. A 4–20mA pressure transducer provides precise feedback, ensuring reliable performance under variable load and solar conditions.
