Calpeda 2MXV Series Vertical Multi-Stage Pump System

The Calpeda 2MXV Packaged Pump Station is a high-performance twin-pump vertical multistage pressure boosting system, engineered for consistent water delivery in commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This compact, pre-assembled solution features two high-efficiency MXV stainless steel multistage pumps and the intelligent EASYMAT frequency converter, which maintains constant pressure while optimizing energy usage based on real-time demand.

Ideal for applications with fluctuating flow requirements, the system automatically adjusts pump speed to maintain stable pressure, extending equipment life, reducing operational costs, and eliminating pressure surges.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

  • 2 x MXV vertical stainless steel pumps
  • EASYMAT frequency converter installed directly on the pump delivery pipe (water-cooled)
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 suction and delivery manifolds
  • Suction side: Each pump with ball valve and non-return valve
  • Delivery side: Each pump with ball valve and pressure gauge
  • Includes 18L vertical pressure vessel for pressure stability
