DAB S44-14 Series 4" Submersible Bore Pump with iProtect Motor Protection (Max 100LPM/930kPa) - Equiv 4GS11

The DAB S4 are a 4 inch multi-impeller borehole pumps for clean water, designed for water boosting, gardening and irrigation, lifting water from boreholes in domestic and residential, civil and commercial applications and irrigation systems also for agriculture. The S4 pumps must be installed in wells with a diameter of at least 4", or in tanks or cisterns and it increases the pressure of water that can then be used for example to water medium or large gardens or (in the case of models with a greater flow and head) in irrigation systems in agriculture. These are sand-resistant pumps with a high performance. The entire range complies with the standard MEI ≥ 0.4. All the model have the ACS certificate. WRAS and DM174 certificate are pending approval.

IPROTECT DETAILS

The Bianco iPROTECT provides significant protection for direct start (DOL), single phase pumps from 0.37kW – 2.2kW with PSC MOTORS (Permanent-Split Capacitor) with start and run windings).

It also offers a number of control and operation modes to suit a variety of applications. The controller is easy to set up with a push button calibration for over and under-load. The iPROTECT also allows for dry-run protection without float switches or probes.

The LCD screen displays the pump running state and provides the user a wealth of useful information. The iPROTECT is particularly useful where there is the need to control and protect single pump installations managing the automatic operation by a variety of switching methods.

ICON Series controller BIA-IPROTECT for the protection and control of single phase pumps up to 2.2 KW. Especially suited for borehole pumps, the control is also suitable for drainage, transfer and boosting in single pump applications. The IPROTECT is suitable for “3 wire” PSC motors where the remote capacitor can be mounted inside the IPROTECT as well as 2 wire PSC motors with internal capacitor commonly found in surface mounted and submersible drainage single-phase pumps.
