The EMEC VCO 07 06 PP ES SS is a robust, solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump designed for accurate chemical injection in medium-pressure applications across water treatment, industrial processing, and CIP systems. With a maximum output of 6 litres per hour at 7 BAR, this model balances reliable flow capacity with excellent chemical compatibility and mechanical durability.

This model belongs to EMEC’s fixed-stroke VCO series, offering dosing control via a manual stroke frequency adjustment dial (0–100%). For finer dosing accuracy at very low flow rates, the built-in 10:1 divider mode reduces the stroke rate while maintaining precision. A multi-colour LED on the front panel provides clear visual status of the pump's operation and divider function.

The liquid end is built from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials: a polypropylene (PP) pump head, EPDM elastomer seals, and stainless steel check valve balls. This combination makes the VCO 07 06 PP ES SS highly suitable for handling alkaline chemicals, process detergents, and non-oxidising solutions, including caustic soda, sodium carbonate, and similar agents.

Each unit is supplied with a complete installation kit, including foot valve, injection valve, and 2 metres of suction and discharge tubing, allowing for fast, flexible deployment. With an IP65-rated enclosure, it is protected against dust and water jets — ideal for pump rooms, process plants, and covered outdoor installations.
