The Grundfos Hydro MPC-E Dual CRIE 20 Series is a high-efficiency, fully integrated variable speed booster pump system designed to deliver stable, energy-saving constant pressure for commercial buildings, industrial processes, irrigation systems and other demanding water supply applications.

Each Hydro MPC-E Dual CRIE 20 comes as a pre-assembled, plug-and-pump package featuring two CRIE 20 multistage stainless steel pumps, twin stainless steel suction and discharge manifolds, isolating and non-return valves for each pump, and a robust modular base frame. The intelligent CU 352 controller ensures precise constant pressure control, automatic cascade operation, and real-time speed adjustment to match varying demand.

Premium Grundfos MGE IE5 motors (up to 11 kW) and IE3 motors (15–22 kW) deliver ultra-low energy consumption and maximum reliability. Integrated variable speed drive (VSD) technology keeps system pressure steady at all times while optimising pump performance for the lowest possible running costs. Automatic pump changeover, soft pressure build-up, dry-running protection, alarm logging and remote monitoring capability ensure the system runs safely and efficiently with minimal operator input.

INCLUSIONS

  • Pumps: Wetted parts in stainless steel EN DIN 1.4301 with stainless steel pump heads and bases. Each pump has a service-friendly HQQE cartridge shaft seal (Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide/EPDM).
  • Motors: Grundfos MGE IE5 premium efficiency motors (up to 11 kW) or IE3 motors (15–22 kW).
  • Manifolds: Twin stainless steel manifolds with epoxy-coated, loose-ring aluminium inlet/outlet flanges (DIN standard).
  • Base Frame: Modular folded/welded stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised mild steel (system size dependent).
  • Valves: One non-return valve (POM) and two isolating valves per pump.
  • Control Panel: Control MPC with CU 352 multi-pump controller, Grundfos Remote Management (GRM) compatible.
  • Options: Dry-running protection, diaphragm tank.
