Kelco F60 MK3 25mm Digital Pump Flow/Pressure Monitoring Controller

The Kelco F60 MK3 Digital Pump Controller is a multifunction flow and pressure monitoring device designed for single or dual pump systems, providing advanced control and complete pump protection. Featuring a glass-reinforced polypropylene paddle and integrated pressure sensor, the F60 MK3 can operate from 220–240V AC, 24V AC/DC, or in a dedicated 12V DC model.

With 15 programmable timers and five operating modes, the F60 MK3 offers a wide range of automation options, including start-up and run-on timers, dry-run protection with auto-restart, high/low pressure guard, anti-cycling, burst pipe and leak detection, cyclic operation, and batch control. It can control single-phase motors up to 2.4kW directly, or any size 3-phase motor via a contactor.

The detachable electrical housing allows servicing without disturbing the process connection, and the paddle can be trimmed for optimal flow sensitivity using Kelco’s Paddle Trimming Calculator. The IP64-rated housing and 20 bar pressure rating make it suitable for demanding industrial, irrigation, and water supply systems.
