DOSmart AC is a series of dosing pumps with a step motor and advanced control functions to automate precisely and efficiently the dosing of chemicals in liquid state.

The Dositec DOSmart AC is a next-generation, precision dosing pump engineered for applications where accuracy, control, and automation are essential. Powered by a high-efficiency stepper motor and integrated Advanced Control (AC) functions, it delivers highly accurate chemical dosing with a regulation range of 1:3000, making it ideal for critical processes in agriculture, water treatment, food and beverage production, and industrial systems.

With a dosing capacity of 1.5–24 litres per hour and a maximum pressure rating of 16 bar, the DOSmart AC can handle both low- and high-viscosity fluids with exceptional stability. Its high suction lift (>6 m) and material compatibility (PP, PVDF, or stainless steel heads) allow it to work with most commonly used chemicals.

The DOSmart AC supports five operating modes—manual, analogue (0/4–20 mA), proportional pulse, batch, and ModBus control—providing unmatched dosing flexibility. Advanced dosing profiles, including Low Pulsation (LP), Slow Suction 1 (SS1) for viscous products, and Slow Suction 2 (SS2) for long discharge lines, optimise dosing accuracy while protecting the pump.

Its built-in communication capabilities enable remote monitoring and adjustment via browser or mobile app, with real-time alerts (SMS/email) for alarms such as low level, flow failure, diaphragm leakage, overpressure, and temperature faults.

  • Dosing Modes: Similar to the Dostec AC, it offers multiple dosing configuration options – manual, analog, proportional or batch – allowing you to set specific programs that improve both efficiency and operational control.
  • Remote Control: The Dosmart AC extends management capabilities by allowing remote monitoring and control via a browser or mobile app, providing effective real-time monitoring of the pump and enabling precise adjustments via ModBus communications.
