The EMEC PRISMA 04 50 is a high-flow, intelligent dosing pump equipped with a digital stepper motor designed for continuous, ultra-precise chemical injection at volumes up to 50 litres per hour at 4 BAR. Built to handle large-scale water treatment and industrial dosing applications, this model delivers consistent, pulse-free flow ideal for flow-sensitive systems and critical chemical delivery.
As part of the EMEC Prisma range, the 04 50 features a micro-stepping motor drive with 4800:1 turndown, enabling extremely low-flow operation without sacrificing accuracy. This ultra-wide operating range makes it perfectly suited for both high-volume and fine-dose applications in a single unit.
This FP-configured model comes with a PVDF pump head, Viton (FKM) seals, and ceramic check balls, offering exceptional resistance to oxidising chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, and a wide variety of acids. The solid PTFE diaphragm ensures long-term performance under demanding, continuous-duty conditions.
The intuitive multi-colour LCD interface offers full access to all operating modes and provides clear visual alerts for normal operation, warnings, and alarms. Programming is quick and flexible across multiple dosing modes:

A low-level float input (via foot valve) stops dosing when chemical levels drop, while a programmable alarm relay and optional MODBUS RTU output make it easy to integrate into control systems.
With flexible wall or base mounting options and an IP65-rated housing, the Prisma 04 50 is ready for installation in industrial environments, treatment plants, or enclosed cabinets.
