The EMEC PRISMA 16 7.5 is a compact yet powerful digital stepper motor dosing pump built to deliver precise chemical injection at up to 7.5 litres per hour at 16 BAR. This model is ideal for high-pressure, low-to-medium flow applications such as reverse osmosis post-dosing, chemical conditioning, or critical industrial processes requiring extreme dosing accuracy and control.
Engineered around EMEC’s advanced stepper motor drive, the PRISMA 16 7.5 offers a remarkable 4800:1 turndown ratio, allowing smooth, ripple-free dosing over a wide range of flow rates. Unlike solenoid pumps, this unit delivers truly continuous dosing, making it ideal for applications that demand pressure stability or accurate chemical mix ratios at any output level.
This model is supplied in the FP configuration, which features:
- A PVDF pump head for resistance to aggressive chemicals
- Viton (FKM) seals compatible with acids, oxidisers, and chlorine-based products
- Ceramic check valve balls for durability and chemical resistance
- A solid PTFE diaphragm for consistent long-life performance
Its multi-language, backlit LCD display allows intuitive programming of a broad range of dosing modes, including:
- Manual constant dosing
- Pulse divide/multiply
- ppm- or %-based proportional control
- Analog signal control (4–20 mA or 0–10V)
- Water meter-based make-up dosing
- Batch mode
The pump includes a foot valve with integrated low-level float switch, ensuring safe shutdown when chemical supply is low. It also features an alarm relay output and supports MODBUS RTU (optional) for advanced monitoring or BMS/SCADA integration.
