The Calpeda C Series is a versatile line of close-coupled centrifugal pumps featuring an open impeller design that allows for the efficient handling of lightly contaminated liquids containing suspended solids. Constructed with a cast iron pump casing and lantern bracket as standard, these pumps are also available with bronze hydraulic components on request — making them suitable for slightly corrosive or process-specific liquids.

The open impeller ensures an unobstructed flow path for solids-laden fluids, while the shaft and bearing assembly is specifically designed to reduce mechanical stress and extend operational reliability.
