The Davey DT Series 304ss Single Channel Submersible Sewage Pumps are designed to efficiently handle soft solids in wastewater, offering reliable performance for a range of demanding applications. Made from durable 304 stainless steel, these pumps are built for longevity and high performance, making them an ideal solution for sewage water pumping, storm water pumping, sump emptying, septic effluent disposal, water transfer, and pumping light slurries and factory waste.

Featuring a single-channel, open impeller design, the pump can process soft solids in suspension, reducing the risk of blockages and improving its ability to operate at higher pressures and heads. These pumps are engineered to handle chunks of soft solids up to 80% of the discharge size, ensuring reliable operation in tough conditions.

The Davey DT Series pumps are equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal in an oil bath with hard-faced silicon carbide and ceramic seals, offering motor protection for long-term reliability. Additionally, the pumps feature an automatic resetting thermal overload for added safety and protection against overloading, ensuring your pump runs smoothly and efficiently over its long service life.

With a 10m harmonized oil-resistant lead cable, easy mounting base for stable installation, and the option for slide rail kits for convenient removal and reinstallation, these pumps are designed with both performance and ease of use in mind. The D75SA model comes with an automatic float switch for safe, unattended operation, and a hose tail is included for temporary installations with lay-flat hoses.

Suitable Fluids: Semi-screened sewage or “grey water” of neutral pH containing up to 20% small soft solids or 1% string like solids.  Some wear should be expected while pumping hard solids in suspension.
