The EMEC PRISMA 02 80 is a high-flow, low-pressure intelligent dosing pump equipped with a digital stepper motor drive, engineered for large-volume chemical dosing with absolute precision and continuous, pulse-free delivery. Designed to handle up to 80 litres per hour at 2 BAR, this model is ideal for bulk chemical feed in water treatment, fertigation, CIP, and other industrial processes where flow stability and intelligent control are essential.
Powered by EMEC’s micro-stepper motor technology, the PRISMA 02 80 features an ultra-wide 4800:1 turndown ratio, ensuring complete dosing accuracy from full capacity down to ultra-low flow. Its stepper-driven motor delivers true continuous metering, unlike solenoid pumps that pulse, making this pump an ideal choice for systems sensitive to dosing spikes or requiring ultra-consistent delivery.
This model is supplied in the FP configuration — featuring a PVDF pump head, Viton seals, and ceramic check balls — offering exceptional chemical resistance to oxidising agents such as sodium hypochlorite, acids, and disinfectants. The solid PTFE diaphragm is designed for long service life with minimal maintenance, even in demanding environments.
The backlit, multi-colour LCD display provides intuitive access to all settings and real-time status indicators (normal, warning, alarm). A wide array of programmable dosing modes is available, including:

- Pulse multiply/divide (remote control)

- PPM or % concentration-based
- Analog input (4–20 mA / 0–10V)
- Water meter make-up dosing
The pump also includes a low-level float input (via the supplied foot valve) to prevent dry running, a programmable alarm relay output, and MODBUS RTU (optional) for advanced system integration.
The PRISMA 02 80 is designed for either wall-mounted or foot/drum bracket installation and is housed in a robust IP65-rated enclosure, ensuring dependable operation in industrial and plant environments.
