EMEC PRISMA 07 20 Stepper Motor Intelligent Digital Dosing Pump (20LPH/7BAR)

The EMEC PRISMA 07 20 is a smart, stepper motor-driven dosing pump designed for high-precision chemical injection in mid-to-high pressure applications. With a maximum capacity of 20 litres per hour at 7 BAR, this model is ideal for demanding environments that require both performance and flexibility — including water treatment, CIP systems, cooling towers, and industrial process dosing.

At the heart of the Prisma 07 20 is EMEC’s digital stepper motor, delivering ultra-precise, ripple-free dosing with full control across a 4800:1 turndown ratio. This motorized design ensures a constant and smooth flow profile, eliminating the pulsation commonly associated with solenoid pumps — which is critical for pressure-sensitive dosing and flow-proportional control.

This model comes in the FP configuration, featuring a PVDF pump head, Viton (FKM) seals, and ceramic check balls, offering excellent chemical compatibility with oxidising agents, acids, sodium hypochlorite, and other harsh media. A solid PTFE diaphragm ensures chemical resistance, long service life, and low maintenance.

Operators have access to a full-colour, backlit LCD display, enabling quick configuration and diagnostics. The menu-driven interface supports a wide range of programmable dosing modes:
