The EMEC PRISMA 10 13 is a precision-engineered, intelligent dosing pump equipped with a digital stepper motor drive that delivers continuous, pulse-free chemical injection with outstanding accuracy. Designed for mid-range flow applications, this model provides up to 13 litres per hour at 10 BAR, making it a versatile solution for water treatment, industrial processes, and food-grade chemical dosing systems.
Powered by EMEC’s advanced stepper motor technology, the Prisma 10 13 offers smooth, uninterrupted flow control across an extraordinary 4800:1 turndown ratio, ensuring maximum flexibility and process stability — even at extremely low flow rates. Unlike solenoid pumps that operate with stroke bursts, Prisma delivers true linear dosing with intelligent control over speed and precision.
This version includes a PVDF pump head, Viton (FKM) seals, and ceramic check balls (FP configuration), offering strong chemical compatibility with aggressive and oxidising agents such as sodium hypochlorite, acids, and chlorine dioxide. A solid PTFE diaphragm ensures long service life and maintenance-free performance under continuous operation.
A bright, backlit multi-colour LCD display provides real-time feedback (normal, alarm, warning) and enables fast access to programmable dosing modes, including:

- Analog control via mA or voltage
- Water meter pulse-activated make-up
Integrated features include an alarm relay output, foot valve with low-level float, standby contact, and optional MODBUS RTU communication for SCADA and BMS integration.
