The EMEC VCO 03 10 FP is a compact and reliable solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump, engineered for precise chemical injection in water treatment, industrial process dosing, and fluid conditioning systems. This model delivers a maximum flow rate of 10 litres per hour at 3 BAR, making it ideal for low-pressure dosing tasks that still require robust chemical compatibility and dependable output.

As part of EMEC’s VCO series, the 03 10 FP uses a fixed stroke length with adjustable stroke frequency, offering flow regulation from 0 to 100%. It also features a 10:1 stroke divider mode, allowing the operator to reduce dosing speed for applications requiring finer control. A front-mounted LED provides real-time visual feedback on the pump’s operational status and mode settings.

Constructed with a PVDF pump head, Viton (FKM) seals, and ceramic check valves, this model is well suited for injecting aggressive chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite, hydrochloric acid, and other corrosive solutions. The solid PTFE diaphragm ensures consistent metering performance and long-term durability, even under demanding conditions.

Supplied as a ready-to-install package, the EMEC VCO 03 10 FP includes an installation kit with suction and discharge tubing, a ceramic-ball foot valve with filter, and an injection valve. The IP65-rated enclosure makes it ideal for use in wet or dusty environments, and the wall-mounted design allows fast and space-efficient installation.
