The EMEC VCO 15 02 FP is a high-pressure, solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump designed for precise chemical injection in compact, demanding systems such as reverse osmosis post-treatment, laboratory setups, and specialised water treatment applications. Delivering up to 2 litres per hour at 15 BAR, this pump is ideal for installations where dosing accuracy must be maintained under high backpressure.

Like all models in EMEC’s VCO series, this unit operates with a fixed stroke length and adjustable stroke frequency, offering precise control over dosing output from 0 to 100% via a front dial. For enhanced flexibility at low flows, it also features a 10:1 divider mode to reduce pulse frequency without sacrificing dosing consistency. An LED status indicator provides real-time visual feedback for power, operation, and divider mode.

Engineered for chemical resistance and longevity, the VCO 15 02 FP is equipped with a PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) pump head, Viton (FKM) seals, and ceramic check valve balls — a proven combination for handling aggressive chemicals like acids, oxidisers, and chlorinated solutions. The solid PTFE diaphragm ensures stable long-term operation with minimal maintenance, even under challenging conditions.

The unit is supplied with a complete installation kit, including tubing, a foot valve, and injection valve, all designed to match the chemical-resistant build of the pump. With its IP65-rated enclosure and wall-mountable design, it’s ready to install in pump rooms, enclosures, or other secure plant environments.
