The Land & Water Class 400 Subsoil Drainage Pipe is designed for medium-duty underground drainage applications in both residential and civil environments. Made from durable polyethylene, this range is available in both 100mm and 160mm diameters, with coil lengths from 20 metres up to 100 metres depending on the size. Choose from slotted, unslotted, or slotted with pre-fitted RTA sock depending on your site conditions.
The socked version is ideal for clay soils or sand-prone sites where geotextile protection helps prevent blockages. With a balance of strength and flexibility, Class 400 drainage pipe is a popular choice for new housing developments, sports field drainage, soakwell connections, and trench installations. Its medium wall strength provides extra durability while remaining easy to work with and compatible with a wide range of fittings.
