The Bermad S.400 Series is a compact and highly efficient 3-way solenoid pilot valve engineered for reliable valve control in irrigation and fluid systems. Designed to operate independently or within complex control circuits, this solenoid delivers superior performance with low power consumption, minimal coil heating, and high tolerance to dirt, pressure, and voltage fluctuations.
Available in diode and resistor coil variants, the S.400 Series offers application-specific advantages — the diode version provides high switching power, while the resistor version enhances lightning protection for sensitive installations.
The integrated hydraulic base includes a manual override and installation bracket, enabling fast connection to valves or solenoid manifolds. With an IP68 / NEMA Type 6D protection rating, the S.400 is built to withstand harsh outdoor environments and corrosive water conditions while maintaining fast, accurate valve actuation.
