Grundfos PVC Injection Valve for Chemical Dosing Pumps (60LPH/16BAR)

The Grundfos PVC Injection Valve is designed to safely and accurately introduce dosing chemicals from a dosing pump into a pressurised process line. Installed at the injection point, it connects the dosing line to the main pipework while preventing backflow and ensuring stable dosing performance.

Rated for dosing capacities up to 60 L/h and operating pressures up to 16 bar, this injection valve features a spring-loaded non-return valve that maintains a minimum counterpressure of approximately 0.7–0.8 bar, protecting the dosing pump and preventing process liquid from flowing back into the dosing line. The valve is constructed with a PVC housing, ceramic valve ball, and PTFE gasket, providing reliable chemical resistance for general dosing applications.

The injection pipe can be shortened on site, allowing flexible installation across a wide range of pipe diameters and system layouts. This injection valve is suitable for use with common Grundfos dosing pumps and standard dosing hose sizes.
