Amiad 350mm M100 Automatic Screen Filter With ADI-P Controller (Max 900m³/h)

The Amiad MG114 350mm Automatic Screen Filter is a heavy-duty self-cleaning filtration system designed for high-flow industrial, municipal, and agricultural water applications. Equipped with a hydraulic turbine-driven cleaning mechanism and Amiad’s innovative ADI-P Bluetooth DC Controller, the MG114 offers fully automated operation with advanced remote monitoring and control.

With a maximum capacity of 900 m³/h, the MG114 provides highly reliable filtration at degrees ranging from 80–500 micron. Its robust epoxy-coated carbon steel housing and stainless steel 316 fine screen ensure durability and corrosion resistance even under the most demanding conditions. The system requires only minimal water for backflushing (approx. 500L per cycle), making it one of the most efficient solutions for large-scale water treatment.

The ADI-P controller adds seamless digital integration, allowing operators to monitor differential pressure, flow data, alarms, and system performance directly from their smartphone via the Amiad ADI-BLE mobile app. It also enables manual or automatic flushing based on DP, preset intervals, or manual triggers.
