The Amiad 4-01 Fertiliser Injector is a water-driven, suction-type dosing system designed for efficient and accurate fertigation in drip and micro-irrigation systems. Powered entirely by the hydraulic pressure of the irrigation line, it requires no external power supply. With a flow range of 10–320 LPH, it is suitable for tanks under 1 m³ and ideal for growers seeking a simple, reliable injection solution.

Constructed from high-grade engineering plastics with Viton, Nitrile, and Polyurethane seals, the injector offers outstanding chemical resistance against fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, acids, and other agricultural or horticultural solutions. The suction head automatically cuts out when the chemical solution is exhausted, preventing dry operation.

The 4-01 model includes a manual red button for start/stop operation, an integrated air-release valve for priming, and a drainage outlet for easy exhaust water management. Chemical injection can be regulated manually using the included cut-out or by optional flow regulators for more precise dosing.

CHEMICAL INJECTION RATE FORMULA

• Metric Count the number of pulses in 30 seconds and multiply by 4. This will
  give the rate of injection liters/hour.
  Ex: 42 pulses in 30 seconds x 4 = 168 liters/hr
