Bermad MUT Series Electromagnetic Flow Meters

The Bermad MUT Series electromagnetic flow meters are high-accuracy, NMI-M10 pattern-approved meters designed for the measurement of potable water, irrigation water, industrial fluids, and wastewater. With no moving parts, these meters offer maintenance-free operation, long-term stability, and a wide flow range with negligible pressure loss.

Each MUT2200 flow tube is paired with a converter suited to specific site power and telemetry requirements. Understanding the right converter for your application is key:

• MC608 (12–24V AC/DC): Ideal for mains-powered pump stations and SCADA systems. Provides Pulse, 4–20mA, and Modbus RS485 outputs.
• MC608A (240V AC): Wired directly to 240V mains, perfect for pump sheds, plant rooms, and large industrial sites without DC infrastructure.
• MC406A (12–24V DC): Ultra-low power consumption, designed for solar-powered or low-voltage systems. Offers Pulse, 4–20mA, Modbus, and HART.
• MC406B (Battery Powered): Self-contained, up to 10 years battery life. Designed for remote or isolated sites. Provides Pulse output and onboard data logging.
• MUT2300 + MC406: Designed for high-performance municipal and industrial measurement, offering enhanced accuracy and optional pressure/temperature monitoring.

All MUT Series models come standard with Hastelloy electrodes, Ebonite or Teflon liners, and fully potted internals (IP68) for protection in buried or flooded environments. Compact and remote-mount display options are available, and all models are compatible with telemetry, SCADA, and BMS systems.
