Bermad MC406B Convertor Only (Batteries not Included)

The Bermad MC406B is a compact, battery-operated electromagnetic flow meter converter designed for fully remote or off-grid metering applications. Ideal for installations where no power infrastructure is available, the MC406B provides highly accurate flow measurement for potable water, irrigation, and industrial systems, all while maintaining minimal power requirements.

Designed to pair with the Bermad MUT2200 and MUT2300 electromagnetic sensors, the MC406B offers full compliance with NMI M10 pattern approval, making it suitable for custody transfer and billing applications in Australia. The converter’s low-power design enables operation with replaceable lithium battery packs (sold separately), providing up to 10 years of maintenance-free performance depending on application and configuration.

Despite being battery-powered, the MC406B is packed with features including pulse output, optional data logging, and Bluetooth communication for configuration and diagnostics. It’s suitable for compact or remote mounting and built to withstand harsh environments with its IP68-rated housing.
