The Bermad IR-130-XZ is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm-actuated pressure sustaining valve designed to maintain a minimum preset upstream (back) pressure, ensuring system stability and operational efficiency. When the upstream pressure exceeds the set value, the valve opens proportionally, relieving excess pressure while maintaining flow continuity.

Built with Bermad’s high-performance hYflow ‘Y’ valve body, the IR-130-XZ offers ultra-high flow capacity with minimal pressure loss. Its Super Travel (FST) diaphragm and guided plug mechanism deliver precise regulation and smooth modulation, even under rapidly changing conditions. This makes it ideal for controlling line fill-up, preventing line emptying, and protecting downstream components such as filters and drip systems from pressure fluctuations.

Constructed from corrosion- and cavitation-resistant composite materials with a bolt-free internal design, the IR-130-XZ combines durability with user-friendly maintenance, making it a reliable solution for modern irrigation networks and energy-saving systems.
