The Bermad 900 Series Hydrometer is a patented all-in-one solution that combines a vertical turbine Woltman-type water meter and a diaphragm-actuated hydraulic control valve into a compact, robust unit. Designed to simplify installation, reduce component count, and enhance system accuracy, this model is ideal for agricultural, landscape, municipal, and industrial irrigation systems.

At the heart of the IR-900-M model is a high-sensitivity vertical turbine impeller magnetically coupled to a hermetically sealed control head, ensuring reliable performance even in dirty water or humid conditions. The control head features optional Reed Switch or 4-20mA Opto-Electric transmitters for precise flow monitoring and control system integration.

This unit is supplied with GEMSOL solenoid control and brass pilot assemblies, enabling seamless interfacing with irrigation controllers and centralized control systems. It serves as both a flow meter and main control valve, enabling precise on/off control, pressure regulation, or level-based actuation.
