The Bianco 1200L Packaged Sewage Pump Station is a fully configured, heavy-duty wastewater solution for medium-demand residential, commercial, and light industrial applications. Designed for areas where gravity drainage is not available, this system is ideal for handling sewage, effluent, and trade waste from dwellings, apartment blocks, and facilities such as bin rooms and amenities blocks.
This model features two Bianco B120MS2 submersible grinder pumps, engineered with a dual-stage macerator—primary cutter and secondary grinder—to effectively reduce solids and fibrous waste into slurry for easy discharge through small-bore pressure pipes. These pumps are supplied in manual configuration, allowing external level control via a Matelec Multi-Level Tree Float. This float system offers precise level switching while eliminating float tangles and installation complexity.
Pump operation is managed by the Bianco NXT-DPC Dual Pump Controller, which provides smart alternating logic, pump protection, real-time system monitoring, and onboard diagnostics. This combination of robust pumping performance and intelligent control ensures reliability in critical wastewater applications.
