The Calpeda MXV32 Series offers a high-performance solution for water transfer, pressure-boosting, and industrial fluid handling tasks. This three-phase vertical multistage pump delivers efficiency, reliability, and ease of maintenance, with a maximum flow rate of 150 litres per minute. The compact vertical design and in-line port configuration allow for straightforward installation, even in tight plantrooms or equipment areas, while ensuring consistent pressure and dependable operation.
Constructed from premium-grade stainless steel, the Calpeda MXV32 is built for durability and excellent corrosion resistance. It is ideally suited for clean, non-explosive liquids that are non-aggressive to stainless steel, with optional material configurations available for specific liquid compatibility requirements. The pump operates continuously at liquid temperatures from -15 °C to +110 °C and pressures up to 25 bar, making it suitable for demanding civil, agricultural, and industrial applications.
The MXV32’s user-focused design minimises downtime and simplifies servicing. The mechanical seal can be replaced without removing the motor, reducing maintenance time and cost. The pump is compatible with standard three-phase motors and can be supplied with or adapted for use with frequency converters for enhanced energy efficiency and precise control. Typical applications include water supply systems, pressure-boosting stations, irrigation, high-pressure washing plants, and process water systems in industrial environments.
