The Philmac Poly Foot Valve Float Rig Kit is a purpose-built solution for maintaining the ideal operating position of 40mm (1 ½”) or 50mm (2”) foot valves in dams, tanks, and surface water sources. By keeping the valve suspended at a consistent depth, this rig prevents common issues such as drawing in mud, debris, or air—helping protect pumps and maintain efficient water delivery.

Manufactured from durable, non-corrosive materials, the rig is designed to withstand harsh outdoor and submerged conditions. Its modular assembly allows for quick installation and custom configuration depending on your water source and site requirements. Whether you’re setting up in a dam, channel, or tank, the included components make it easy to suspend and stabilise your foot valve using either single or double float configurations.
