These high-efficiency goosenecks provide superior flow capacity and energy savings. Equipped with spin-weld technology, they have large and efficient inside diameters. The high-strength plastic can withstand intense tension force, making them a reliable choice for any installation. Additionally, the molded ¾” inlet eliminates the need for extra fittings, simplifying and streamlining the installation process. These goosenecks offer 1 psi of friction loss at 22 gpm (83 lpm), less than half the friction loss of comparable products, guaranteeing optimal performance.

FEATURES

  • Superior Flow Capacity Saves Energy
    • spinweld technology allows for larger more efficient inside diameters
    • 125° goosenecks have less than half the friction loss of comparable products (1 psi {0.07 bar} of friction loss @ 22 gpm {83 lpm}).
  • Durable Corrosion-Resistant Plastic
    • lower cost than traditional metal goosenecks
    • will not rust over time, therefore prevent nozzle plugging
    • can handle intense tension force
  • 3/4" MNPT Inlet
    • Eliminates extra fittings and provides easier and more reliable installation into span pipe

INSTALLATION NOTES

  • To ensure proper installation, it is recommended to use Teflon tape or pipe lubricants that are specifically safe for plastics when adding sealant. When using on semi-rigid or rigid drops, limit the drop length to 96 inches (2.4 m) and one foot (0.31 m) below the trussing at the center of the span. For smoother installation, retrofit packages may require the use of a tap to chase the coupler threads.
