The Philmac EasyPHIL is a range of compact high performance plastic float valves that are manufactured for small to medium water tanks and troughs up to 600 litres. Designed to handle high inlet pressures up to 1,500 kPa with 3 various lever lengths to suit compact trough and tank chambers.

Thread and Lever Sizes

Available in 15mm and 20mm BSP thread to suit varying inlet sizes and 125mm, 200mm and 250mm lever sizes

Materials

The body is made from high-performace thermoplastic material, with excellent UV, impact, corrosion and chemical resistance. The long parallel thread with back nut makes this float valve ideally suited to poly and thin walled troughs and tanks.

High Pressure Shut Off

Independently tested static shut off up to 1,500 kPa for 20mm using the standard lever and recommended float. Check bottom of page for individual specifications*

DZR Brass

The lever assembly and pivot pin are made from high-quality corrosion resistant DZR Brass, providing increased strength, corrosion resistance and longevity.

Easy Maintenance

The valves have been designed for easy disassembly, by simply removing the pivot pin, lever assembly and body end cap which allow servicing in place.

ASNZ4020 & Watermark Approvals

Watermark and ASNZ 40420 approved valve, ensuring consistent quality of production and safety for use in drinking water (potable water) applications.
