The Philmac VersaPHIL are a range of high flow float valves. Designed to handle high inlet pressures up to 1,500 kPa and produce flows up to 426L/min. They are made to suit a wide range of applications in troughs and tanks.

Thread and Lever Sizes

Philmac's VersaPHIL float valves come with 25mm and 20mm adaptor allowing the one float valve to cover the 2 inlet sizes. Available with 300mm or 165mm lever length.

Materials

High-performance thermoplastic material is used for the body of the valve, which has excellent UV, impact, corrosion and chemical resistance. The utlet cap has engineered, moulded flow directors to minimise unnecessary splashing & save water.

High Pressure Shut Off

Independently tested static shut-off up to 1,400 kPa (1,100kPa on the 165mm Lever model) using the standard lever and recommended float, making this valve suitable for a wide range of installaion situations.

DZR Brass

Lever assembly and pivot pin made from high-quality, DZR brass providing increased strength, corrosions resistance and longevity.

Easy Maintenance

The valves have been designed for easy disassembly, by simply removing the pivot pin and lever assembly which allow servicing in place.
