Kelco CR22 20mm Low Flow Chemical Resistant Microflow Switch

The Kelco CR22 Microflow Switch is a compact, chemical-resistant inline flow sensor designed for ultra-low flow detection in clean liquid applications. Using the displaced piston principle, the CR22 detects flows as low as 500mL per hour and up to 4L/min. As liquid flows upward through the vertical-mounted body, a precision piston lifts, triggering a magnetically actuated dry contact reed switch.

All wetted parts are UPVC with Viton® O-ring seals, ensuring compatibility with seawater, many acids, bases, and water treatment chemicals. With no metal parts in contact with the liquid, the CR22 is ideal for corrosive environments. It can be configured for normally open or normally closed operation by reversing the inlet and outlet fittings, and is suitable for both continuous and pulsed flow detection.

Supplied with tube adaptors for 6mm, 8mm, and 12mm tubing, plus 15mm NB pipe spigots, the CR22 installs easily in dosing, injection, and process lines.
