The Grundfos SLV65.65 is a heavy-duty submersible wastewater pump engineered for tough sewage, sludge and stormwater applications where reliable solids handling is critical. Featuring a SuperVortex impeller, the SLV65.65 ensures efficient, clog-free pumping of wastewater with larger solids and fibrous content.

With its robust SuperVortex impeller, the SLV65.65 provides free passage of solids up to 65 mm, minimising the risk of clogging in pressurised sewer networks and wastewater pits. With a maximum flow capacity of 900 LPM, it’s designed to keep high-volume flows moving safely and efficiently.

Built to Last:
The pump housing and impeller are constructed from durable cast iron, while the motor is made from EN-GJL-250 cast iron for maximum strength and corrosion resistance in aggressive wastewater conditions. A reliable SIC/SIC mechanical shaft seal protects the motor from leaks, and integrated moisture sensors provide early warning of potential seal issues.

Safe for Demanding Environments:
The SLV65.65 is rated for use in hazardous environments thanks to its explosion-proof design and IECEx compliance. Its IP68 enclosure and insulation class H ensure safe submerged operation down to 20 m depth, even under tough site conditions.

Flexible Installation:
Standardised DIN flanges (DN 80 inlet, DN 65 outlet) make connection simple. The pump can be installed on an auto-coupling guide rail or used free-standing, making it ideal for municipal pumping stations, commercial wastewater pits and industrial effluent systems.

Operational Reliability:
Designed for continuous operation in ambient temperatures from -20 °C to 40 °C, the SLV65.65 handles up to 6 bar pressure. A robust 10 m power cable and Lyniflex cable type offer added durability in wet wells.

Smart Monitoring:
Built-in moisture sensors monitor the motor chamber for leaks. An external control box (optional) can be added for full pump management and condition monitoring.
