The Grundfos Hydro MPC-E Triple CRIE 5 Series is a compact, fully integrated variable speed booster pump package designed to deliver reliable, energy-efficient constant pressure for smaller commercial buildings, light industrial sites, process water applications and irrigation systems.

Each Hydro MPC-E Triple CRIE 5 is factory-assembled and tested, ready for plug-and-pump installation. The system includes three CRIE 5 multistage stainless steel pumps, stainless steel suction and discharge manifolds, individual isolating and non-return valves for each pump, and a rugged modular base frame. The intelligent CU 352 controller provides automatic cascade control, precise pump sequencing and real-time speed adjustment to maintain constant pressure under variable demand.

Premium Grundfos MGE IE5 motors deliver market-leading energy efficiency and ultra-quiet operation. Integrated variable speed drive (VSD) technology keeps system pressure stable while minimising energy use and wear. Features like automatic pump changeover, soft pressure build-up, dry-running protection, alarm logs, and remote monitoring capability ensure reliable day-to-day operation with minimal manual input.

INCLUSIONS

• Pumps: Wetted parts in stainless steel EN DIN 1.4301 with stainless steel pump heads and bases. Each pump fitted with a service-friendly HQQE cartridge shaft seal (Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide/EPDM).
• Motors: Grundfos MGE IE5 premium efficiency motors.
• Manifolds: Twin stainless steel manifolds with epoxy-coated, loose-ring aluminium inlet/outlet flanges (DIN standard).
• Base Frame: Modular folded/welded stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised mild steel (system size dependent).
