HR Flanged Table E Pulse Head Water Meter (10L-1000L)

The HR Flanged Table E Pulse Head Water Meter is designed to accurately measure the volume of water passing through pipelines in irrigation systems. As water flows through the meter, precision-engineered water jets rotate the internal impeller, with each rotation corresponding to a specific volume of water that is magnetically transmitted to the register for reliable readings. The hermetically sealed register prevents moisture infiltration, ensuring long-term accuracy, while the dry-type magnetic transmission reduces wear and enhances durability. A magnetic shield protects against external magnetic interference, maintaining consistent performance. The meter delivers high flow accuracy across varying flow rates and features a robust construction designed for demanding environments. The scratch-resistant glass on the register maintains clear visibility, and removable inserts from 80mm to 300mm simplify maintenance and servicing. The 360° rotating counter allows for easy reading from any angle, and the meter complies with ISO 4064 Class B standards — please check local standards for compliance.

The pulse reed switch option sends electric signals per a preset water quantity, with a data pulse output of 100 litres for 80mm and 100mm sizes, and 1000 litres for 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm sizes. The switch operates at a maximum voltage of 6 VAC/DC and a maximum current of 0.10 Amp. Designed to handle water temperatures up to 50°C with a pressure rating of PN10, the meter requires proper installation for optimal performance. The inlet demands a straight pipe length of 10 times the pipe diameter, while the outlet requires 5 times the pipe diameter. Installation should follow the arrow direction, be in a horizontal position, and include a strainer upstream of the meter to protect the measuring element. Flushing the line before installation is recommended to remove any debris.
