Kelco UB25 25mm Super Sensitive Magnetic Actuated Piston Inline Flow Switch

The Kelco UB25 Series Inline Flow Switch is a heavy-duty, magnetically actuated piston-style sensor designed for highly reliable flow detection in hot or cold liquids, including low-flow and gravity-fed systems. Machined from solid 316 stainless steel with a glass-reinforced polypropylene piston (or nylon piston for oil models), the UB25 offers exceptional durability for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.

Fitted with a magnetic piston retainer as standard, the UB25 can be installed in any orientation—horizontal, vertical upflow, vertical downflow, or even inverted. A non-magnetic piston retainer is also supplied, allowing sensitivity to be increased by up to 6.5 times for low-head or gravity-fed applications.

Three electrical module options are available:

• UB25-B – SPST NO reed switch, 40W, 1A max – PLC and general control
• UB25-C – SPDT reed switch, 20W, 1A max – safety showers & PLC control
• UB25-R – SPST NO solid-state relay, 750W, 4A max – AC motor control up to 1HP (0.75kW)

The UB25 handles pressures up to 200 bar (2900 psi), temperatures to 90°C, and flows up to 100L/min with very low head loss.
