Omnipure K5540 BB 1/4" Inline Activated Carbon GAC Replacement Filter

DOWNLOAD PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The K-Series from Omnipure builds on the success of the previous generation of in-line filters, delivering reliable and efficient water filtration for a wide range of applications. With various lengths and diameters, the K-Series can be tailored to suit your specific needs — whether for residential drinking systems, reverse osmosis units, coffee machines, or water coolers.

The Omnipure K5540 BB is a high-quality 1/4" inline granular activated carbon (GAC) filter designed to deliver reliable chlorine, taste, colour, and odour reduction. Made with acid-rinsed coconut carbon, this filter is ideal for residential drinking water systems, reverse osmosis units, and water coolers where clean, great-tasting water is essential.

The cap and body of the K5540 are spin-welded together, creating a smooth, consistent seal without the use of glues or binders that could introduce contamination. The result is a durable, dependable filter that’s fast and easy to install. One of the primary advantages of the K-Series is the moulded fitting directly in the filter cap, which significantly reduces clearance requirements. This allows for a neat, space-saving configuration — perfect for compact setups like reverse osmosis systems using traditional 305 mm x 63 mm (12" x 2.5") filter designs.
