Kelco C15 Magnetically Operated Piston Inline Flow Switch

The Kelco C15 Series Inline Flow Switch is a compact, magnetically actuated piston flow sensor designed for reliable low-flow detection in clean liquid systems. It can detect flows as low as 0.35 L/min (standard magnetic piston retainer) or 0.15 L/min (non-magnetic piston retainer for increased sensitivity), making it ideal for pressure boosting, pump control, and industrial process applications.

Constructed with a one-piece brass body and polypropylene internals, the C15 is suitable for fresh water, seawater, and diesel fuel. It is available with two electrical module options:

• C15-B – SPST NO dry reed switch, 40W, 1A max – for PLC, telemetry, and light control circuits
• C15-R – SPST NO solid-state relay, 3kW, 40A max – for direct AC motor control up to 4HP (3kW)

The C15 can be mounted in any orientation in horizontal or vertical piping. A non-magnetic piston retainer is supplied for applications needing enhanced sensitivity, such as gravity-fed systems. Its weatherproof housing (IP-rated) ensures durability, and the fully serviceable design allows for easy maintenance.
