Kelco D50 Heavy Duty Level Switch with Floatless Level Control & 2 Switching Ports

The Kelco D50 Heavy Duty Level Switch is a robust two-position, floatless displacer switch designed for high and low liquid level control in tanks, pits, bores, wells, and bunds. Operating on Archimedes’ Principle, the D50 detects changes in liquid level via solid polypropylene displacers, making it immune to surface agitation, froth, floating debris, or submerged solids.

Constructed with a fully weatherproof, all-metal housing (IP67), glass-reinforced polypropylene displacers, and a virgin polypropylene suspension cord, the D50 offers exceptional durability in harsh environments. It features a 20A SPDT switch suitable for pump starters, relay logic, contactors, and timers, directly controlling motors up to 1.5kW (2HP) at 240VAC.

Each unit comes with two mounting brackets for flexible installation and is ideal for use with liquids of specific gravity ≥ 0.95, including seawater, acids, slurries, and high-solid effluents.
