The Matelec FPC-12656 Flush Mount Set-Point Level Alarm is a compact, wall plate–style monitoring panel designed to provide clear visual and audible alerts when a water storage tank reaches empty or full condition. Ideal for installations where space or aesthetics are important, this unit offers professional-grade alarm functionality in a discreet flush-mount format.

The panel features a loud buzzer, LED status indicators for power and alarm state, and a keypad interface with a mute/reset/test button. For convenience, the buzzer will auto-silence after 5 minutes if not muted, then briefly sound every 5 minutes (continuous mode option available). Additional features include a mute reset function—which automatically re-enables the alarm after 12 hours—and a silent mode, allowing the buzzer to be temporarily disabled for 12 hours in situations such as persistent high level due to pump cycling issues.

With safe low-voltage 12 VDC input from a float switch and DIP switch–selectable normally open or normally closed alarm configuration, the FPC-12656 offers flexible integration for residential, commercial, and industrial water management systems.
