The Matelec FPC-11004 First Flush Diversion Valve Controller is a specialised solution for rainwater harvesting systems, designed to manage the initial runoff from roofs, car parks, or other collection surfaces before water enters storage tanks or stormwater systems. By detecting a rain event via the connected rain sensor, the controller directs the first flush of water—containing debris and contaminants—away from storage, ensuring only cleaner water is collected.

This controller also functions as a standard tank fill valve controller, automatically shutting the valve when a high-level float switch is triggered to prevent overfilling. With outputs for an air actuator valve and a dedicated weatherproof GPO for an air compressor, it provides a complete, automated control solution for rainwater diversion.

Housed in a robust IP56-rated powder-coated mild steel enclosure with a removable gland plate, the FPC-11004 is built for demanding outdoor conditions.
